I noticed the following quote in an article by Byron York.

In the rest of his statement, Obama writes that “We respect China’s extraordinary accomplishment in lifting millions out of poverty, and believe that human rights include the dignity that comes with freedom from want.”

Freedom from want?  If nobody wanted for anything then nothing would ever get done.  Whether that “want” is a new toaster, or a better education for your children isn’t it “want” that drives us to achieve something more?
